Women
NEVER go to the bathroom between Sunday School and Relief Society... especially when the Bishop is standing in the hall. On my way back to Relief Society, Bishop stopped me and asked what my plans are for the summer. I tell him I am staying in Logan and living with my Aunt Sue, and will be coming to the ward still. Silly me. If you haven't guessed, he asked me to give a talk on May 10 (aka Mother's Day). I always seem to talk around important days. I don't mind speaking in front of people, it's just the anxiety of preparing and just stressing out about it. Oh, my topic is Women in the Scriptures. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know! Thanks.

Speaking on mothers day and fathers day is the best time. You can always comment on how your own mom compares to the women in the scriptures and share fun stories about that. My last talk was on the Three Degrees of Glory. (Luck would have it that church was canceled on that Sunday). I would take women in the scriptures anyday. Good luck.
I will also be speaking that day with you... Bishop caught me on my way to the bathroom too >_<
