THE PHOTO OF PARLEY " HANGING OUT IN THE YARD" WAS TAKEN IN A RARE MOMENT WHEN HE ACTUALLY STOPPED RUNNING WHILE OUTSIDE.THE ONLY OTHER TIME HE STOPPED WAS-- WHEN HIS PANT WERE AROUND HIS ANKLES !!
